    The Kenmore Compact Refrigerator was roomy, quiet and perfect! March 06, 2011

    I am a full time college student living in a dorm room with three other people. We all share the fridge and there is plenty of space to fit all of out juice, yogurt and vegetables. (We try and stock it healthy) I have owned it for over a month and it is very quiet and keeps the food cold. The Stainless Steel front adds a classy look to our room and it is not even very heavy to move (2 girls can move it easily). The cooling unit keeps ice-cream well and once we bought larger ice cub trays, it became a huge luxury to have. I was concerned when I ordered it because not all the reviews were positive, but as of yet, I have nothing bad to say about this product.

    Kenmore 4.6 cu. ft. - Worked well... for a few months February 15, 2011

    I got this fridge as a birthday gift in June of 2010. I wanted one for my office at work. It's a nice looking fridge and has plenty of space on the inside. After about 6 months in my office, I noticed one day that my chicken nuggets in the freezer were not staying frozen. So I cranked the dial all the way to the max and let it go a couple days, still it would not freeze. Then I noticed that even the drinks and condiments I had in the main part of the fridge were not staying very cold. I called Sears to have them come take a look at it. The guy said there's something wrong with the defroster. Unfortunately, this refrigerator is completely sealed on the back and the problem cannot be repaired. The entire appliance needs to be replaced. Thankfully this fridge is still under warranty until June 2011, so Sears is crediting us the price of the appliance and I can go pick out a new one. It's still a hassle though, because now I have to get the broken fridge out of here, go get another one and then bring it all the way back to my office. 5 stars so far to Sears for the customer service, but the fridge gets 2 stars. I was temped to give it 1 star, but for the time it was working it worked very well.

    Used in the office, great size for a compact area. I am able to hold a large number of items it. Works great. I would recommend this refrigerator to my friends and co workers.

    This is a nice Compact Refrigerator, and a good price, there is plenty of room in the freezer part for any extra goodies that you want to freeze. I keep this in a extra corner in my kitchen, is a little noisey at times, like it is growling. Looks very nice. Lots of room in frige part, could be more room for soda in the door, it only holds 4 cans, holder for soda is a little flimsey. Nice hidden handles to open.. I use it to store my eggs that i collect from my chickens. Holds it's temp very well.

    The good: small (and easy to place on bench in garage), the bad: too small. It never gave us any technical problems. I recommend buy it when it is on sale.
