I've used the grill a half-dozen times since getting it and can say it beats the snot outta my old Charmglow by miles. I replaced a 3-burner + side burner w/ this bad boy and am loving every minute of it. No flare ups, side searer works great, lighting is an awesome perk. Assembly took me about 4.5hr but I was dealing with a 1yr old and 3yr old watching my every move and putting their hands on everything - something I've become accustomed to of course. The box weighs a very good amount, I opened it and took everything out to transport it upstairs to where my grill is (deck) and assembled it there. My package was missing one of the tank exclusion bars, but it doesn't impede performance or stability so I've not bothered to call up & ask for one yet. Instructions were clear, but left out some of the things you need to pay attention to when dropping the hood/grate section on top of the base - specifically what wires to get sorted out and organized BEFORE laying it down. Namely, the gas line run and the wire for the deck lights. There is one front control wire on mine that is *very* taught running to the power box, but I was able to hook it up w/o much worry. The fuel line to the side burner was also a bit of a challenge to connect. Grilling performance is great, I did 25 ~1/3lb burgers for a recent gathering. Cold spot is, as usual, front 1/4 of the grill. Side to side is quite even. Warms up in no time, esp when you fire up all 5 burners. Overall I'd recommend this guy to anybody, especially for the price I got it with Sears' 20% off sale + $25 off online sale. It was a great deal. I highly recommend the premium cover for it as well, so you don't have to worry about sailing or ripping. As you have potential of having a total of 7 burners going at a time, I'd also recommend a tank gauge so you know where you're at w/ the fuel.

This is a good quality product however the sale at our Annapolis Sears store meant that it wasn't in stock. I caution you now, the packing is so dense that it can take an hour to get all the parts out. Ofcourse some chinese worker decides to hide all the fasteners in the most inaccesible place. You can put it together if you can lift fifty pounds and work a screwdriver. Wiring and side burner install are a pain, especially if you don't put the hoses in the right place before setting the top on. ( Have Sears put it together and deliver it if necessary because of your circumstance. They should do both for free but they won't unless you get a good sales rep. Our first grill came with two right cabinet panels when we had the assembly service at the store, so they had to order another one and that took a week. I assembled it myself after free delivery.)

It's chaos at the merchandise pick-up, so be prepared to wait. If you have a great alternative grill store nearby, maybe you will get more timely delivery of an in stock item. We were lucky to have a great salesman and a great price. They gave us a reduction since the price dropped while we were waiting.

The grill cooks chicken evenly and offers five main burners with very good flame control. All stainless internal cooking parts are a great feature and it's easy to remove and clean the burner and grills.

Wait to buy your accesories with the 20% off coupon that comes in the brochure. Compare to Weber gas grills that are more expensive and have less features.
