    Purchased this item to replace my older toaster oven and like it. Bought it to match my stainless steel Kenmore appliances. Works great. My only complaint would be is that on rare occasion I get a little bit of a rattling when it operates. But its nothing I can't stand. Sometimes lightly tapping the side of it makes it stop. Over all, like it.

    Three's a charm August 28, 2010

    So far I had to bring this toaster oven back twice. The first time was due to excess noise/vibration, the second time the knob melted off after using it for the first time. So now I'm on my third one in a matter of two months and so far it seems to be working. The first two were white and the third is a red one. Maybe red is lucky I don;t know. Now that this oven is working I'm very happy with the results so far. I'm a big fan of roasted  vegetables and this oven does an excellent job with the convection feature and very fast at browning potatoes and carrots.  It also does a great job with baking brownies and roasting a small chicken. It has the potential to be a great toaster oven but I think the quality of the overall product is not there. I hope my new one will last for years but not optimistic.

    I orginally had a Kenmore Elite, that is what I thought I was buying this time around. As it turned out, it was not the same. Oh well, I thought I will just use this. I did not like it right from the start. The Elite I had prior was the best convection oven and this oven has went from bad to the worst. It now burns everything, no matter what the setting or temperature. This is going to the trash because I am looking for a replacement.

    I have used Kenmore products over the years, primarily washers and dryers. I needed a Toaster Oven since mine wore out after several years of use. We went online to check out large capacity toaster ovens. I picked one out and my spouse went to the store to pick it up. Every morning, unless I want my toast or waffles soggy, it burns them. I waste more waffles on this crappy toaster oven and I am tired of it. It looked good but looks aren't everything as we found out owning this piece of junk. Every day I get aggrivated by it. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

    I just brought this home and I have to return it. The green power light does not turn on. Also, the top of it gets EXTREMELY hot. This is known, however, as there is a warning on the top of the oven. Overall not happy. I will be purchasing something else.
