    I purchased the white version of this case when I bought my first Kenmore sewing machine 23 years ago when my daughter was born. I still have the case and no parts have broken off or cracked. The white has yellowed over the years, but it still does the job. Plus, I still have my first machine. It's stored in the same case.

    COULD'NT BE HAPPIER WITH MY NEW CASE. GREAT LAVENDER TO COMPLIMENT MY NEW KENMORE SEWING MACHINE. THE CASE IS STRONG AND KEEPS MY MACHINE SAFE WHEN NOT IN USE.

    It's a very cheap plastic . I'm concerned that the handle or latches to close the case will break. If I had bought this at the store I would have immediately taken it back. I won't mail it back.....too expensive & too much trouble.
