    Good quality but not what I needed October 14, 2009

    I decided to return this case and get a fabric carry bag instead for a few reasons: (1) there is nothing to anchor the machine in this carrying case so it didn't seem as secure as it could be when I had to travel with it; (2) there is no place to carry the pedal and cords except shoved into the case with the machine and that was awkward, (3) I would have liked a compartment to hold little things like scissors, extra needles, bobbins, etc. - rather than have to carry a case and a separate sewing bag for little things.  So I chose to return this and buy a fabric bag with pockets and a securing strap inside.  Otherwise, I think this case is good quality, just not what I ended up really wanting.  If I was only using the machine at home and not really moving it around (like to a sewing class or to work on projects at other people's houses) then this case would have been perfect.

    Do not buy for Mini Ultra Sewing Machine February 28, 2008

    I thought I finally found a case for my blue Kenmore Mini Ultra machine. Purchased this and was disappointed. This is a great case for a regular portable machine but not compatible with the mini ultra. When I put my machine in the case it moved all around because the case is way too big. Comes in same colors as the mini ultra but not made for the mini ultra .

    The case is a little flimsy...the locking mechanism looks like it will easily break (twists instead of flipping up so be careful!). Because of this I am very careful about handling the case. On the plus side, is roomy and the sewing machine does not move inside while transporting. For the cost, a reasonable case.

    I bought this carry case for my Kenmore Sewing Machine w/43 stitch functions #15343, Dimensions W 15.5" X D 6.1: X H 11.8" Fits perfect in the case. Love the non-skid bottom where machine rests. Nice and sturdy case. I am very happy I made this purchase to protect my sewing machine and recommend it.

    This case works great...the previous review of a low rating is unfair...the dimensions are listed...18x9x13... where she could have seen it was too large for her mini machine. Low ratings are for poor and low grade products...not for self errors.
