    Yes, brand names & the looks were quite deceiving with this model. It was a PAIN to install, and had it not taken so long, and made for a few bad moods, i was ready to rip it out after the 1st few uses. The fan is is very loud~difficult to install~certain buttons stopped working & even if the microwave was on, and turning, it wasn't heating the food, just turning. The worst part is is barely, JUST made it past mark of no return, it just stopped working. We tried the fuses, another outlet just to double check, but it was done. Very disappointed from day 1.

    although the microwave works, the tempature of the oven is off by 100deg f. didnt realize this until the first 30 day return policy past by. its 6 months past now and its still not fixed. sears wont let me return it . the repair man has been out twice already. he looks at it and orders parts. I wait for parts to come in the mail, wait again because its back ordered again. then schedule another appointment again. lots of work and time on my part. im waiting on the repair man right now (3rd visit). he didnt show up early as i requested (i'll be late for work). wish sears would just give me my money back. joe
