    Busy Grill May 16, 2007

    This grill is my husband's baby. We have 5 children, 13 brothers and sisters, and 25 nieces and nephews. We live at "Party Central" and always have people at our home. We cook year-round on this grill, and even share with the neighbors when their propane tanks run out. We really use the grill often, so it was no surprise that we had to have a service call on it after one year. A few inside parts rusted even though we cover the grill every night. Fortunately we were covered and the Sears repairman replaced the parts quickly. Rotisserie chicken is just awesome on this grill. I also recommend using the indirect heat for roasts, as a smoker, and all other features. It's great!

    Not so hot September 05, 2007

    Sears has been here twice and I still cannot always get the infrared burners to light. Hard to clean - I would gladly go back to a Weber. But now that I have it I guess I'm kinda "stuck" with it. I purchased this grill because it was about the only grill I could get for Natural Gas. And that part I love.

    When I received my grill three of the burners did not work. It took Sears service men three trips to order parts and finally get my grill working. Overall this grill is a great grill. For this price the grill should come with a grill cover, and I having trouble finding a cover that will fit this huge grill. This grill is also hard to clean, more so due to the drawers can not remove so if you want to rinse out your grill the drawers fill up with water. This grill is good for parties and has great room to cook and cooks fast. Its nice not having to deal with charcoal and a propane tank.

    I love my grill. This grill has so much space for plenty of food. Great for large family gatherings/parties. Juicy steaks and burgers while I cook corn on the side burner. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great grill.
