    The Kenmore Elite Dishwasher is just what I was looking for. July 28, 2010

    My day was not going very well, then I found out that my dishwasher had died. You see, I have a very busy daycare, & I don't have anything to wash dishes by hand, I panicked. I started calling repair people, they couldn't help until next week. What to do! Sears, yes, that's it! They had exactly what I needed, the price was right & they installed it the next day. Thank you Jamie, sales assoc. & Jeff, installer.  Oh, & thank you Sears.

    I wouldn't buy another Kenmore - I had Whirlpool before and loved it. Now I bought this Kenmore a few months ago and not real happy with it . My plastic dishes have to be washed after I wash them in the dishwasher, they have this white film on them. It's not that quiet either. I should have bought another Whirlpool.

    very quiet,Racks are perfect

    This is our 2nd Kenmore dishwasher and I am pleased. Quieter than the last one, but does an excellent cleaning job. Initially, we had purchased a highly rated Kitchen Aid at a store close to home, but it was far inferior cleaning. Returned that for another highly rated Bosch, but also returned that because the rack layout was poor and allowed only half the dishes to be loaded compared to the Kenmore. Bosch also did not have a heated dry, resulting in wet dishes/glasses with every cycle. Kenmore has again exceeded my expectations at a more economical price.

    The Kenmore Elite dishwasher is the best dishwasher I've ever owned.  It's energy efficient, powerful and quiet.  The price was better than I expected also.  I did my research online and it practically sold itself.  All the salesman had to do was arrange for delivery.  I came in the Sears store with all my papers and told him this is exactly what I want.  It was an easy sale for Scott.

    I purchased this dishwasher in September to replace a ten year old KitchenAid. This machine is powerful and quiet when it works, does a good job at cleaning dishes, pots and pans, and glasses. The controls are easy to use. I was very pleased with this dishwasher, then...

    One morning, I went to run it, and it flooded the entire kitchen and basement. Since it is less than one year old, I called Sears who sent a repair technician out the next day. It appears that the motor is broken and will require a replacement. I am without a dishwasher for almost a week with no part in sight. I have my doubts how long I will be able to keep this dishwasher if the motor can not last a year without damaging the rest of my house...
