    Form AND function! September 08, 2008

    We've owned this refrigerator for 9 months now and are very pleased with it. The exterior is beautiful, and the interior is just as nice. I really love having the glass shelves and clear plastic drawers and door racks for both visibility and ease of cleaning, and they have been very durable as well. We had to get used loading our bottom freezer properly in order to maximize its space, so there is definitely a learning curve to its proper use. It's true that larger flat items (e.g. pizza boxes) can be somewhat more difficult to store; save the right side of the top rack for these items, where they'll stack with ease. It's really a matter of placing items where they best fit; frozen vegetables, other bagged items (chicken breasts, strips, etc), and meats fit best in the bottom divided sections, and larger items are better in the top right. I particularly like having the two pull-out drawers in the freezer to help me organize types of foods. The ice maker does take up some room, but it's worth it to us to have it available. Think practically -- even if you didn't use the icemaker, bagged ice would take up more room anyway! I'll second the other reviewers who advised that you could stop looking and happily choose this refrigerator. We certainly wouldn't have chosen any other :-)

    fall apart in a year and sear service is very poor February 08, 2008

    The build quality cannot be worse! After 13 months, the top wall of the freezer felt down and the rail for the freezer bin broke. I have not been able to close the freezer door. The wall paper thin plastic. Sears service wants to put screws in to hold it back. They also repeated ordered the wrong replacement rails and this is the 4th week already. They offer on weekend service and their service appointment policy makes you wait at least half a day for the serviceman to come. I wasted along 2 vacation days at no avail.

    I have had this refrigerator about a month. I just love it. Everything stays cold, but not frozen as some have reported. I can find everything. As for the ice I only hear it drop the first tray. After that I hear nothing. This unit is soooooooo silent , I often go in to check it is running. I'm so glad I got a single door instead of the frence door. Everything is in one place.

    My husband and I purchased this product about one year ago...We have had absolutely no problems with it..We just had a large gathering at our home for Thanksgiving and as I put my groceries away, I commmented on how much I love this refrigerator..It held everything..I like the large drawer for party platters and the nice feature for the wine bottle..I like the low humidity drawers, bottom freezer is large as well...Nothing but good things to report.. If you like great quality with beautiful features, this refrigerator is for you!!

    After careful concideration, we opted to go with a bottom freezer. At first I wasn't sure if it was a good decision, but after about a week of getting used to it, we realized that it was. My wife and I both love it. The refrigetor has plenty of storage room, the door seals nice, and the shelves and compartments, although made of plastic, seem to be plenty strong. We love the visibility of the clear plastic. Also, this unit is very quiet. You don't hear a thing. If you're tired of looking around, stop right here and buy this one. You won't be sorry
