    Pros:
    Cleans well. Quiet.
    Cons:
    Door lock failure, after 2 weeks.

    Shopped and researched dishwashers extensively prior to this purchase. Paid just over $700. for product, $300. for extended warranty, and paid $175. for installation and removal of old dishwasher. You can imagine my frustration when 2 weeks later the door lock broke! when I called to report this issue, the associate in service department replyed, yes there seems to be an issue with the lock on this model. Okay, so WHY are you still selling this model?!?! It remains to be seen how this problem will be resolved. I am afraid to keep this dishwasher as the extended warranty would protect me for a total of 4 years.
