    I loved this frig for the first 3 years we owned it.  Lots of room, kept things cold & loved the design.

    HOWEVER, it has quit cooling (the freezer is working).  The Sears technician told us the evaporator fan motor needed replaced, so we ordered the part right away.  That same evening, I opened the frig. to check the temperature & notice the plastic light cover was hanging down.  Apparently the lights were not turning off when we were shutting the doors.  It scorched the light bulb sockets & actually melted the plastic ceiling of our refrigerator.  Surprisingly, I looked it up online & found literally HUNDREDS of people who have had the exact same problem.  I can't believe Kenmore hasn't recalled this Trio.  Trust me, I will NEVER purchase another Kenmore appliance.  They used to be top of the line, but not anymore.  I basically just washed $1800 down the drain.
