Can I cancel my order?

Shipped Items
When you complete your checkout, we begin processing your order almost immediately. That means, once you’ve clicked the "Process Order" button, we’re unable to cancel your order.

Home Delivered Items
You may cancel any home delivered order prior to your scheduled delivery date by calling Customer Service at 1-800-732-7747.

Store Pickup Items
Store pickup orders may be canceled at any time prior to actual pickup. Simply call the specific store you’ve selected.

What are your shipping methods?

UPS All 50 United States
Home Delivery / Freight Carrier Delivery 48 continental United States. There may be some remote areas where we cannot deliver. You will be notified during the checkout process if we cannot deliver to your zip code.

Sears doesn’t currently ship or deliver by UPS or home delivery to P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. However, we do accept BILLING addresses in these and other areas as long as the item is being shipped within the Continental United States.

Ship to Store is a convenient way to get items shipped to the store of your choice.

Can my order be delivered internationally?

 Absolutely. We’re now pleased to provide our international shoppers with the customer experience they have been waiting for, through our partnership with FiftyOne. We currently support foreign currencies, guaranteed order totals and international shipments for the following 90 countries.

Have questions about returns?

Wrong gift? Doesn’t fit? Whatever the reason, it’s no problem. Depending on the item, online merchandise can be returned in several ways. Here’s how:

Scheduled delivery items

(Appliances, treadmills, TVs, etc.)

Shipped items

(UPS, US Postal Service, etc.)
1. By mail
2. To any Full-line Sears store*

To best serve you, products may be shipped from other Sears Holdings companies or from other retailers. Please be sure to follow the return processes and procedures enclosed on the packing slips with these items. Products shipped from may be returned to any Kmart store.

Mail-in Returns
All shipped items, excluding tires, may be returned by mail using the packing slip provided. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped.
