Awesome!! I love it!. The lighting, the storage, just everything!

Overall this is a good refrigerator however a few things to mention that may or may not be a deal breaker for some. 1) the info panel that is under the digital panel is very hard to see . Water - ice select- freezer temp-door alarm - light air filter - refrig temp It is not back lit or anything which is something I didn't catch when in store.They stopped too early when developing this .Should have gone the extra mile to back light it . I just wish i had caught that design flaw .It makes a big difference with the lighting in my kitchen than in the store. 2) the drawers that pull out from your hand reaching under / up then pull . My natural instinct is to do the opposite to go down top pull I have pinched my fingers a few times when closing it . 3) even though there is a digital temp setting on panel I wish there was a actual temp indicator inside refrig for accuracy. 4) water drips too much after using the dispenser on door. I have to wipe it to keep it clean looking .

This IS the fridge you want, and deserve. I have had it for about two months now and was looking for any issues....I didn't find any. If you can get it on a sale, with coupons, like I did.... do it. Don't pay full price, cause it is a little ridiculous!

Looks beautiful, lots of room, freezer is wonderful - what we are very happy with. The left side (of course outward facing for us) is wavy looking as if the medal is warped. Heads up that the sides are not stainless steel for those who may not be aware. Crisper and pantry shelf arrived damaged, looks like during shipment. Phone calls, parts, got fixed. Biggest problem is the refrigerator not staying cold. Very few digital selections. Need to keep it on the lowest 33 degrees to keep it from going to 40+ degrees. Technician said the frig's control board frig cannot be calibrated (runs 6 degrees higher than the digitial setting says). He could not fix it. We will have to stay home a 3rd time (each are half day off work) to have a replacement of the controller (computer) and hope that fixes the cooling problem. Not sure what we will do if that does not fix the problem.

This is a truly wonderful refrigerator. I love everything about it. The space, the storage compartments, the freezer component and especially the lighting. It beeps at me if I leave it open too long, and as a bonus is beautiful to look at.

I have this 2 weeks and have been been in heaven every time I walk into my kitchen the water taste amazing and the convinence of the large shelves and bright lights every time I open the French doors I still can't believe this is mine so much more cubic feet in same space wow I luv it!!!

I love the way the freezer drawer tips out.

I watched prices for over 18mo. best time to buy was black friday or week after xmas. black friday slightly better unless you are like me and fight for your price! I got a better deal negotiating. Be prepared to have to remove the doors of the fridge to fit it thru your front door! pay for delivery..this sucker is HEAVY. the dual evaporators, NOISY hum, if not between cabinets. the ice maker is flawed, you cant keep the doors open in that amt of time the ice melts enough to refreeze in a clump and therefore will not dispense! and we only have 2 in the family, w/ kids it would be more of a problem. i HAD a side/side 27cu ft freezer and i took the food from it and it would not fit in 31cu ft bottom freezer. the drawer bins to me are a bottomless pit no way to have organization them. I love the drawers. buy the wipes for polishing$6 & reuse each till dry, 1 wipe=4mo . also very deep sticks out from cabinets 10'' overall i like this fridge 90% features

This fridge looks beautiful. Has lots of space. Great for entertaining (except for ice). Water filter and air filter are expensive. Ice maker is slow and storage is small. Not too long after my fridge was out of warranty one of the fans started to make noises. Not too long after that the digital screen had an error message ER IF. This error means some thing is wrong with the fan to the ice maker. Internet research and a few calls I find out they don't know if its just the fan malfunction or control board needs to be replaced. The error is cleared when unit is unplugged by shortly it returns. It disappears and reappears on its own. When the error is there the water dispenser does not operate. This unit is made by LG. Advise boards said that if the unit is unplugged for 3-4 hours might solve the problem. So I tried this and it did not work. We haven't even paid the unit off and spending $300-$500 more at this point in time is unacceptable. The error comes on & off whn it wants.
