    Lots of HOT Water! May 19, 2007

    My family & I recently moved into a rental house with this water heater. I absolutely love the hot water I get that I have never gotten before. Whether I'm doing laundry, washing dishes AND taking a bath, the whole house has plenty of hot water and then some. I've always used hot water for cleaning & have had to boil water to get that, but NOT with this water heater. I absolutely love it!!!

    the warranty on the heater is 6 years. it just about made it. i had it just over 6 years,we only use hot water for showers,its just 2 of us. a repair man came out and said it the gas valve had to be replaced. it would cost 300. so, i just decided to replace it. im considering going with a tankless that is 800. with a 12 yr warranty. my suggestion if you do buy this model is,just before it reaches 6 years.....use your imagination!

    This water heater has been completely unreliable.  To top that, the technician support is lousy.  This should not be classified as a durable good...it's a piece of junk.  Read other reviews.
