    Awesome June 01, 2007

    I was reluctant to purchase a canister vacuum, but my husband persuaded me to purchase. I absolutely love it, I have 3 cats and it picks up all the cat litter on the first push of the vacuum head. It has made my life much easier. It is convenient to use, easy to store and I would never consider purchasing anything other than a canister vacuum ever again...plus the different attachments make it easy to go from the floor to vacuuming the hair off the couch or drapes, where ever the cats may go. You have a customer for life. Thank you!

    Durability is a disappointment June 21, 2007

    After only 2 years of use - the plastic housing on the bearing in the powered brush melted and failed. Previous models used metal housings on the bearing which were far more resiliant (my last vacuum lasted almost 10 years.) A replacement part would cost me about $60 with S/H. Performance and appearance are fine but given the durability of the product - my satisfaction overall is very low. I will look to other brands of vacuum in the future.

    Great product I purchased this one for my daughter's first wedding anniversary. I have had one for 2 years and it works great. I like the on off switch located on the wand. Very convenient.
