    Works great and is stunningly beautiful. April 08, 2011

    I bought the orange one to match the rest of my Kitchen Aid appliances.I still have my grandmothers kitchen aid mixer from the 50's I believe. They are always reliable but with the new beautiful colors that are citrus fresh I leave them on the counter for all to see.They are not just functional but beautiful as well.

    Not what you'd expect from Kitchenaid December 14, 2011

    Not what you'd expect from Kitchenaid. I thought that by buying a toaster from a company known for the quality of their appliances, that I would save money by not having to replace my toaster so often. I was wrong. Immediately, the toaster did not brown my toast evenly. It did the same job as the last one I had, which cost 15.00. Even worse, after a couple months of use, the knobs cracked and fell off the metal bar that you push down to start toasting, making it very hard to toast a piece of bread. I called Kitchenaid and they said they are out of the knobs, but will send replacements when they get them in stock. 2 months later, I am still waiting. I really expected better quality and better service from Kitchenaid.

    Bought a cheap toaster a while ago and desided to try this one just because of the brand name and the fact that it matchup the other appliances. I was pleased to find that it toasted the bread evenly in about half the time of my other toaster. Didn't think there would be much difference between toasters, but there is.
