LG  22.4 cu. ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator  ENERGY STAR®

This refrigerator has a great deal of space, and is well organized. I love the amount and variety of items that fit into the door bins, 2 liter bottles, a gallon of milk, juice bottles, condimant jars of every size and shape. The doors alone hold 60% of my items. This refrigerator has a large meat drawer and 2 larger than normal crisper drawers. The freezer has a pull out wire drawer and a big main drawer that allowes you to organize your frozen items. The refrigerator kicks off when the door is opened to save energy. Great buy, super happy with this model.

Like the size and fit my husbands criteria to have a bottom freezer. The drawers keep falling off the tracks so I am not sure that I am totally happy with the quality yet.

This refrigerator is excellent in every way: use of space, design, quietness, separate temperature control for freezer and refrigerator, interior lighting. The freezer on the bottom is wonderful for aching backs, as there is much less bending involved. The pull out draw in the freezer is another back saver. I have not hooked up the ice maker, so I cannot review that particular feature. This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned.

We are very happy with our purchase. We have an older version of this model that we were pleased with which was one of the reasons we went with this one. I really like the split shelves within the refrigerator and really like the pull out freezer. I only wish it had another divider to split into three compartments. We are in a remote location. We were able to order the fridge through Home Depot and arrange delivery. Delivery arrived early and they installed and flipped the door. Everything was seamless. Once everything was in place, all was cold and ice freezing within a few hours.

I am really happy to look at something different in my kitchen. My last one (not an LG) lasted over 24 years. I've only had the refrigerator a little over a month so there really isn't anything I can complain about. I did find it odd that the delivery men said it wouldn't last longer than 4 years. I hope that's not true. I like the that it makes a sound after a minute if one of the doors is left open. My only wish is that the option of no ice maker was available.

I have had this appliance for probably 2 years. I have not had any problems with it. Did a lot of research online on went into the store several times to be sure of what model I was going to purchase. Only knew that I definitely wanted the freezer on the bottom. My only regret is that I should have had the ice maker connected!

We purchased this refrig in 2/011. It is very noisy. It is not frost-free as advertised. The icemaker broke & was replaced within the 1 yr. warranty period. The service person said they had a lot of problems with this ice maker but he could not replace it with a different model. Now 6 month later is it broken again. Not covered by warranty. Cost $90 plus the service call. It is a piece of junk! We decided to buy a free standing ice maker. Cost less and has a longer warranty.

Really like the bottom freezer, refrigerator access is a lot easier than either the old standard or a side by side.

I had this refrigerator for a little over 4 months now. It runs more then 20 hours out of 24 hours a day (energy efficient, Ha) When it does stop running which is only for about 3 to 4 minutes it makes a cracking noise like fire crackers going off. I am just waiting for it to explode or stop running running. Don`t waste your time or money on this refrig.

I have a LDC2272ost 2 door refrig, bottom freezer. I find this refrig to be a perfect size for our family of two.. The freezer will hold more than a week of frozen foods and the ice maker supplies us with more than enouigh ice. I would reccomend this refrig to any couple who have found themselves, with children in college or married and left the home, it is a very practical, unit for two people. Our refrig is over two years old and not a single service call, perfect.
