I Love it
It is about time someone listened. This microvave has the buttons and bells exceeding it's price. The extenda-vent feature that I have been looking for has finally become available. It WORKS. I have proudly shown off to all of my friends. The response from them will prob. result in more sales for LG. Thanks for listening to your customer. Great microwave. Extremely powerful and quiet. Huge array of settings give flexibility. Extend Ventilation is pretty cool. Thing is the door is crooked. That's right, the door sags when closed.

I honestly couldn't be happier with this microwave. We've owned it now for almost a month. It is so quiet compared to our old one, you can hardly hear it running. Only thing that would make it better are having touch buttons instead of having to press them, similar to many of the stoves.

Minor Problems
We had to have this same microwave replaced almost immediately because of problems with the door hinge. This one seemed to be absolutely perfect....for a couple of months. The door hinge is making "creaky" sounds again and kind of sticks when you open and close it. Other than that, it is great. I haven't really used the extend-a-vent because I always forget it's there since I never had one before. So many features! It looks great over my stove. LG's customer service is amazing.

This product looks and performs well
It looks great along with the same brank gas range. It has all the needed features. The extending exhaust fan is wonderful. The only negative thing about it is the metal wall bracket that holds it in place. Its thin and not as sturdy as the one I removed from the previous microwave.

Very Quiet & it looks nice.
It is quiet while in operation, but my wife does have one problem. She is 5 ft. tall, the same as a lot of women, to be able to read the display she has to get on a step stool. Can't see why the display could not be located lower.
