spendy, but worth it.
A holder of sockets is great. But if it takes two hands to take one out, it is not worth it. And if the holder must always be in an upright position, it cannot be moved around easily. THis product meets the bill finally. One hand retreival and portable. You just fill it and label it yourself. Spendy, but worth it to be organized.

The Lisle socket holder is works perfect for my needs.
This Lisle socket holder is very versatile. The sockets lay down and are held in place by the magnetic strip. It is shallow so that it can fit in my smaller drawers. It is very handy to be able to set at the work place on metal and not worry about it falling down. Very convinient.

Between work and home I have about 10 of these in 1/4 through 1/2 inch. For the average guy with little or no sockets over the 1 1/4 " size , these will hold everything you need. The magnets are very strong. Sockets do not fall out and are easy to remove. They stick solidly to your box but I mostly just use them in the drawers. The only down side is you need to buy several. Well made.
