i bought this bike a few months ago, and i love it! the assembly was not to bad, the hardest part was getting everything out of the box. i am not sure how it would do with an online order, my box had some damage from the store. over all- good purchase, decent price.

Acouple of small parts missing but was sent within 5 days. Bike perform as well as the more expensive ones

When I got to sears to pick up this item,  the package box had several damage on the outside.  I was too excited to question it and hoped it was just damaged to the box.  When I got home and opened the package I quickly saw major damaged.  It seams as if it was dropped several times and suffered hard hits from different directions. When assembling, I couldn't properly fit front stablizer, handle post and vertical seat post because frame was hit and bent.  The handle grip has a tear,  the lock knob for the handle post was completely broken(Unfix-able).

The crank set chain-ring is wobbly.  The flywheel is to far to the right rubbing with the chain cover.  This causes the chain to bend, making annoying noise and possibly wearing the chain sooner.

I don't want to deal with the return department. This may of been my luck but the odds are very high.

If the packaging was better, the chain-ring was straight with the chain and fly wheel then I would of given 4 stars. but  keep shopping  there is better out there.

Packaged with thin cardboard, little foam and little tape causing the product to suffered more than the cardboard protecting it.

I purchased this item on 8 January 2012 and received it on thie 13th, I wish I could give the item a full review but I can't as the item was damaged/defective upon delivery.  The area in which the handlebars go is damaged (bent in and chipped) and the knob is broken so we were not able to assemble and use the bike. 

I can attest to the quality of the material the bike is made of and the sturdiness of the bike, it's very heavy and made of very thick steel. I'm arranging for a pickup for exchange and not a return/refund because the bike appears to be a great buy and the price is not a representation of the quality, we just got lucky to find a spinner bike of this quality at this price (thanks Kmart). I definatly still want it and will update my rating once I receive a new undamaged one and try it out. 

I don't think the damages were due to manufacturer errors but occured during shipping/delivery.  I was home when the delivery was made and watched as the driver let the box fall to the ground (in the street) and then "tumble/flip/roll" it to my front door.  The driver was quite surprised to see me open the door and announce that I had watched the handling of the delivery. The driver picked up a carton which fell out of the box and handed to me and told me to make sure everything was in it (parts of the box were open and there were holes in other parts of the box). I hope you'll be able to be home when this item is delivered so you will be able to see how the item is handled and know to quickly check the item for damages. Needless to say the driver wouldn't wait for me to check the item but immediately ran to the truck and drove off.   I'll add pictures later.
