Jelliflex molds are great for molding fruit jelly, fondant and other confections. These non-stick molds are made of silicone built for taking heat and frigidity. The molds are pictured here below in preparing fruit-shaped jelly. To deposit your liquefied jelly in each of the cavities, use a fondant funnel. &nbspWhen the jelly fruits have cooled, invert their mold to let them drop into powdered sugar.
