My Doctor recommended I get a good pair of walking shoes to reduce heel pain. I walk all the time, every place and when I am on the phone I pace, so my shoes get a lot of milage. I found these shoes to be most comfortable. They didn't need a break in time or anything. I went from my old beat up shoes to these. I cannot believe how comfortable they are and they did help with the heel pain. I wear them 12+ hours a day and highly recommend them for all sorts of walking including shopping.
