    I love this thing! The pedals are perfectly spaced. I am a 5' 6'' female and I swear this thing was designed just for me! My 5' 10" husband loves it, too! This elliptical feels smooth when working out, not jerky at all.

    Nordic Track CX 1055 Elliptical is a fun piece of fitness equipment.   Much quieter than a treadmill and gives you a more complete workout.  Don't have to crank the stereo or TV to hear the sound. Let's me get a great workout on those days when I don't get to run outdoors  and I can easily adjust the intensity level.

    The Nordic Track CX 1055 Elliptical is great for indoor exercise.   Because it runs quietly - I am able to watch tv while I workout.  So much better than driving to the gym everyday!

    I highly recommend this machine. It is a solid, heavy duty piece of equipment. I had some squeaks to start with and it took a while to get it worked in but it runs very quietly now. It has many programs to choose from for all fitness levels. My husband had no interest in it when I purchased it but now he uses it also. It took me a long time to choose an elliptical to buy. I did a great deal of research and I feel made the right decision to purchase this one.
