Don't even think of buying this.
Totally disappointed in this product. There were loose nuts and connections that a NordicTrak repair guy pointed out to me and then blamed on Sears set-up. The elliptical has never worked as promised. NordicTrak customer service is frustrating at best - to get any action you must request a supervisor. Also, the iFit module is not ready for use, as their site and the Google Street View feature (which is why I bought the elliptical) has been down for quite some time, and they do not have a firm date when it will be fully functional. The foot pedal apparatus has come off the rails twice. I've had two service calls, and this morning, when the rails came off again - I called Sears to pick it up.

Assembly Problems and Bad Parts
Picked up my new E 9.5 Elliptical and started assembly. During the very first step of attaching the Front Stabilizer (part #6), I discovered the metal frame it attaches to was bent and it could not be installed. I spent the next 30 minutes gently hammering out the bend so the part could be installed. After assembly, plugged it in and discovered the built in fan was not operating at all! Had to call Warranty for a new fan less than 24 hours out of the box! Buyers beware!
