The OTC 4278 100GPM flow meter allows you to measure the rate or quantity of liquid moving through a pipe. You can connect your hydraulic hoses to this device to get proper flow direction. Before putting a load on the system, you can check for leaks at the flow block. You can turn the flow control valve counter-clockwise to open the valve for testing. The fluid-filled analog pressure gauge of this device dampens vibrations.
