    The colors on this TV are awesome. HD sports are fantastic, with sharp, clear action, and not ghosting. A 120hz LCD cannot keep up with the action like a 600hz Plasma. I originally bought a Panasonic 42" LCD 1080p TV. It was actually too bright for me, and the sound quality was mediocre. HD sports was not a as good as my Panasonic 42" 720p. If you like HD sports, (and I do) and like full textured colors from your blue ray, BUY A PLASMA TV. Panasonic has been making Plasma TV's for Years. They know how to make them. Do not buy into the LCD hype. It is hard to tell in the store, because Plasma TV's look washed out, but once you get them home the color really shows. You have to have a darker room ( pull the shades ), for the Plasma to shine.

    Shows DVD's and blu ray discs in true cinema 25p. No "soap opera effect" like I've seen on a friend's LCD. 42" is a great size for watching from 8' away. Rich colors. Love it.

    Excellent video display quality with vibrant colors and deep blacks with no blur. Watching from 6 to 8 ft. Inputs via the 3 HDMI inputs: 1. Attic Antenna give good 1080i TV viewing. Shows look great. 2. Panasonic VHS/DVD upconvert looks good. 3. Sony BluRay is excellent 4. Streaming from computor is OK (not tv's fault) 5. Streaming from Sony BluRay is excellent Great having optical audio output to my receiver for 5.1 surround sound. It's nice that the remote's play/pause/stop works with the other components... even streaming netflix from the bluray.
