    Samsung Washer March 20, 2011

    We have had this washer for 4 months and I still love it! Laundry is no longer a chore (well, the folding and putting away part is) and we fight over who gets to do it. I love that it senses the size of the load so I am not wasting water if I just need to wash that one item that someone just spilled grape juice on. I also love that my clothes are clean and have no smell to them. My only con is that the mashine smells sour, and it smelled that way when it was delivered. But, since I don't stick my head in the machine that often it's an easy con to overlook.

    Terrible Quality, Bad Service-- Be Away!!!! May 30, 2010

    I brought this Samsung washing machine in Feb, 2010. I only used for two months, and I think I used it less than 10 times, but the machine already broke down. the display screen shows the motor was not working. I called the service came to my house, and they told me they didn't know how to fix it, had to take my washing machine to their place to repair, almost two weeks after, there still had no respond from any service department, and no one told me what's wrong about my machine or when I could get it back. I called them and asked what happen about my washing machine, and when I could get my machine back, they just told me the washing machine has nothing wrong about the motor, it's other parts problem, And soon later, finally someone sent my machine back, however, after they just left my house, I put my clothes into the washing machine, and the washing machine still has the same problem again, and doesn't work at all. I called the service department immediately, but I haven't get any answer for two days already. the broke machine still in my house right now!

    I spent a high price to buy this machine, because it has #1 customer review, so, I think I should get a high quality product, I totally recognized that I am fooled by the Samsung company.

    We have had this washer for about a year and it owrkd really great. It is super wuiet and I love that it plays a little song to let you know when the load has finished washing! We bought without the pedalstool and I would not change that desicion at all.

    Love this washing machine and the quietness of the motor. The chimes at the end are nice too. Clothes seem clean but are not especially dirty to begin with. My concern is the amount of water never seems to be enough in my opinion, I like to see the surrounded by water to know that they are getting washed well.

    I'm still thinking . . .

    First, this machine replaced an old Kenmore washer that's still working great for a friend of our daughter's. We only replaced it to buy a higher efficency (less water and electric consumption) machine. We ultimately bought the Samsung because of our experiences with a number of other Samsung Products, and the price was right. We love it! Not only does it use less water for a load, we're washing larger loads than before. Larger loads and a "Quick Wash" option and it's getting our clothes clean and at a lower cost. What more could you want. No, there's no option for a laundress!
