    Samsung over the range microwave works for me. April 02, 2011

    We bought this microwave around Christmas last year. It works just fine and looks good, too. the "one pound defrost" feature works great for ground beef. Defrosts it perfectly. You can also soften cream cheese with the built in settings. Mostly, I love that my counter space is freed up for other things.

    I did discover that you need to use Windex to clean the front of the unit, instead of cleaners like Clorox Clean-up. Oh and the salesman who worked with us to sell the microwave was awesome, and got us a really good price for the microwave. For the money we paid, it is a great microwave.

    Looks pretty and works, but LOUD February 02, 2011

    I originally bought this based on experience with other Samsung products that I am very happy with. I have to say it looks great, and it works well enough, but Oh My God, is it loud. Not just loud, but the fan sounds like it is dying a slow and painful death, But it is drawing air properly (we checked the vents), so what to do? Probably should have gotten the Frigidaire, like my other appliances. What do you want to bet it won't last 20+ years like the one it replaced?

    This microwave does the job for which it was designed! I love the cooking ease, surface light, carousel, rack, and the easy-to-read buttons. Also appreciate the led screen which helps me because of eyesight. Definitely recommend this microwave!

    This microwave is an easy to use, efficient operating over the range microwave. It does the job it's intended to do--and is very attractive with its stainless trim and black trim. We are most pleased with the choice of this hard working, sharp looking appliance.

    If you don't have one, well you really should consider this one. Check it out. It can heat just about anything you can put in a regular oven plus you can cook popcorn in just about a minute. Ya gotta love a microwave!

    Although there are many other products that are on the market I must say that after warming a slice of pizza right out of the refrigerator and it taste like it was just delivered. There is a setting just for pizza, melt down of butter and cheese.
