Great TV... was that the phone ringing?
This thing sounds like a barbie phone when you turn it on... luckily i found out how to turn the "chime" off and it no longer makes noises when you turn it on and off. I am OK just knowing that when the picture is on- the TV is on... no extra noises needed.

Dead on arrival
Bought the TV on black Friday. Got home, hooked it up and no picture. Contacted Samsung at the 888 number supplied. Went through some basics ans tech said TV was NG return to store. Will return it tomorrow and hopefully get one that works.

Not very good!
While I purchased this TV after Black Friday at a good price, the picture was difficult to tweak. Worse, you have to view this set head-on, straight forward for it to look decent. Viewing it even slightly off to the side, the picture quality looks very pale. Having only 5 watts per both speakers, its sound quality is poor. You can't even add a sound bar to it because it lacks the required jacks. I'm glad this isn't my main TV.

Good entry level 720p LED HDTV
I like this TV a lot. I've run into a few minor problems, but overall it's a great TV for the money. Some nice design features are the hidden on/off/control button (I use when the kids have run off with the remote), the combined composite/component inputs (we use our Wii with the component hookup, works great), the HDMI input (my kid plays Portal 2 from his laptop with this), and the USB input for playing movies off a flash drive. So far, I have been very happy I purchased this TV. I gave this TV a 4 on features and performance, as this TV doesn't have a firmware update posted yet. Minor problems I've run into are selecting between multiple flash drives and Media Player stopping after about 2 hrs into a movie. The Media Player doesn't support scene select, kind of nice to have when restarting a movie, but fast forwarding works, just seems stupid in this digital age to need to do.

This was my Christmas presents to my self. I had been wanting a flat screen for my bedroom for a long time because the old style t.v.just don't have the quality of a flat screen. But the quality of this new 32 in. is better than that of my 50 in I could not believe how great the picture is on this T.V. I am very happy with it and would recommend to any one

I bought this because CNET recommended it as one of the best for the screen size. It's my first HDTV, so I really have nothing to compare it to, but it seems pretty good. (hence the 4 stars -- I don't know what a 5 would be)

After purchasing my 46" LED TV, I wanted to upgrade the balance of my home TV's. This one is used for the bedroom, with my wife using it more than I do. Excellent picture and audio from this unit. The only draw back is this unit doesn't support the computer mode that my 46" TV does. I wanted to dump the small monitor for this unit, but, it is what it is. Thanks Samsung for making quality products. Looking forward to the next purchase down the road.
