    Great Washer - Great Service - No Hassle! March 10, 2011

    The washer is a tad large in depth and height than the standard top load washer that broke. It's got a nice clean look to it, good controls.

    The wash cycle I can't even hear two feet away from it. The drum moving clockwise and counterclockwise is all but silent. The best part of this washer compared to the old one is the time remaining display on the front! Love it!

    Overall it washes clothes with less water, less noise, and the detergent costs the same as traditional.

    I would recommend this washer to anyone in the market, and would also ignore washers $1000+ in price as they can't possible be worth twice as much as this one!

    DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG FRONT LOADER MODEL WF210ANW April 02, 2011

    I bought washer 03/08/11 & from the first wash it did not clean the wash on normal cycle. Very little water entered the machine and only after it washed for over 6 minutes with no water al all!! Sears Repair came out that first week and saw the same thing that I observed but when he tried the quick wash cycle water came in and when he switched back to normal water came into that cycle as well (an obvious problem, right?). He fixed nothing but told me to wash on quick wash because it is as good as normal cycle. I did that with slightly better results until on 2/28/11 - the bleach dispenser stopped dispensing. Bleach remained in the dispenser even during the rinse cycle. My clothing is dingy and smelly and towels are stiff. I repeatedly washed the same load on heavy soil extra rise and hot water without improvements. The second time Repairs came he told me because the machine never stopped working during any cycle there was nothing for him to fix. When I called both the Sears store and Sears repair they both refused to replace the machine unless the technician fixed something AND that fix did not work!!! Catch 22!!. I bought the extended warranty as well, but that seems to fall under the same rules. I am now stuck with a machine that does not clean the clothing and does not dispense clorox AND Sears giving me the round around about how to fix a machine that does not clean but goes through the entire cycle without a mechanical hitch!!!!! They tell me they have never seen a machine not clean clothing before - well, neither have I and had a front loader that worked well before. How can I be a valued customer (I buy all appliances from Sears) if they cannot or will not help me!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    bought this when my top loader went on the fritz and started puking water everywhere, had it over 6 months now and pretty much from the start its been nothing but trouble. i have to use a heavily perfumed detergent for my clothes to even come out smelling clean. it cant handle blankets of any size apparently because ive been trying to wash my comforters all day and it keeps stopping mid cycle. never had a problem with a front loader being overloaded with anything, if it fits and the door closes its good to go, but not with this machine. save your time and energy and buy a better machine. i'll be selling this one and replacing it probably before the year is out.

    Slow cycle,stinky clothes

    This machine is terrible.  Has been from the start.  Simply put, clothes smell sour because it does not use enough water.  They slosh around, barely moist in a tablespoon of dirty water.  I have tried all, and I mean ALL detergents.  I do not leave clothes in the machine after the cycle, but remove them immediately only to have to re-wash them.  Clothes are only clean smelling if you wash only a few items at a time, maybe 3 or 4 shirts for example.  Clothes also smell clean when I use bleach, but the bleach is not diluted when dispensed so I can only use it on old towels since it spews it all over the clothing, leaving bleach spots.  I have finally figured out how to "outsmart" this machine, however, it completely goes against its "efficiency".  I now put clothes in the washer and use my sprayer hose from the sink in the laundry room to saturate the clothes with hot water prior to washing them.  Sadly, I have to do this for every load or no matter what I am washing, it comes out smelling yucky.  I cannot send my kiddos to school in stinky clothes and cannot afford to just go out and buy a new washer again.  This is the only solution.  If you have this machine and are pulling your hair out trying to find a solution, you can use a pitcher to pour water directly into the dispenser during the wash load if you do not have a sprayer hose that will reach.  Sorry to everyone that has bought this machine.  : (  The concept is good, if only it used 3 or 4 times the amount of water that it does.

    I purchased this washer and regret it. Bought it for the features of saving money. It does save on water. Doesn't use enough and can not control the water level. My clothes come out rough and hard.

    The Pros to this machine is its not noisey and it balances out in the spin cycle. Them smell that comes out of the bottom is unreal. I would walk into the laundry room and it smelled like the toilet backed up. After each cycle I wipe the door and the rubber seal and leave the door prooped open so it dries. You are suppose to clean the filter which is at the bottom of the machine every 3 months you won't be able to stand the smell that long. Be prepared there is alot of water that comes out and the smell will knock you over. Clean it out with bleach and water and still the samething..wish I had my old machine back.
