    Used almost daily for 2 weeks, and have lost 10 pounds so far. Great workout. I keep a towel, and a water bottle handy. No fan, but I have it parked right under a ceiling fan. Have my laptop on a table beside me, so can watch a movie, play a game, or read a book. Monitor is complicated at first, but easy to use as "guest". I do 12- 20 miles in workouts of 30-75 minutes, burning up to 500 calories. Heart monitor works well, if holding both bottom handles. Watch for sales price, or make comparisons with other bikes. This one seemed to have the best overall rating as I reviewed the contenders!

    After reading reviews and comparing prices on a variety of recumbent bikes, this model seemed the way to go.  Test drove this model in a local store and the bike was durable and provided a good workout.  Tested several other models in the store, but this one felt the most sturdy, the most durable.  As a big guy with a bad knee, it's working out incredibly well.  Easily the biggest surprise is how incredibly quiet the bike is when working out -- you couldn't tell that in the store with all the other background noise going on.  There's 16 different intensity levels and you can definitely tell a difference as you transition from one level to another.  I like the step through feature compared to the climb over mounting model; seems minor, but for a person with a very arthritic knee, that's a welcomed feature.  Assembly bit of a challenge.  Some parts/pieces already assembled.  Very pleased!
