    Best Bed Ever!!! July 26, 2009

    I had to buy another bed to replace the memory foam mattress we just purchased a year ago. I have major back injuries and this is way better than the memory foam, especially if you are a side sleeper. I feel completely supported without any pressure point irritation. My husband and I couldn't be happier with this bed! If you are on the fence, definitely buy this one. Sears delivery was also great.

    Poor support, huge indentations in the mattress. September 09, 2011

    We bought a King Cason Bay Ultra Plush Euro Pillowtop in February 2011. Within a couple of nights it seemed to be a little too soft. In July we finally had someone come inspect the mattress, and there were 2 inch depressions where we were sleeping, and we are not large people. Because the industry threshhold is 1.5 inches, we qualified to have our mattress replaced. The Customer Service to replace the mattress has been poor. They never followed up with us, and we had a hard time getting a hold of someone at Sears who could help us. Here it is September and we are finally making some progress. We have to replace the mattress with another in the Cason Bay line, but I don't think we will be doing pillowtop again, maybe not even ultra plush.

    I was disappointed with this mattress; I expected much better quality. We bought a Sealy Ultra Plush Fenway Ltd from ****** a few years ago, and it was a very comfortable bed. We specifically bought Sealy again because we had been so happy with our first mattress, we just wanted a larger bed. I hope the replacement mattress we receive is much better than this one.

    At first, I thought it might be to soft, but after sleeping on it, it is perfect. We do not toss and turn all night anymore. It is amazing how much better we sleep.  I did alot of research online for a mattress . This one is one of the best brands for a steal of the price. I always make sure I get the best item and deal for my money and I am very happy with this mattress!

    this would be the best mattress i would recomend to any body who has a bad back, this mattress is very supportive and very, very, comfortable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the best mattress i had ever slept on!!

    Purchased this mattress 6 weeks ago for a platform bed (no box spring) and am very impressed.  Tested out the expensive "Sleep to Live" stuff at Sleepy's but found this bed to be a great alternative at a much better price.  I definitely recommend this mattress to anyone shopping right now for a firm mattress with a soft eurotop.  Also, was able to get the mattress for less than $700 including delivery.
