    all in all I do like this mattress .However the delivery service as more to be desired. We needed low profile with spli box. First time the brought entire wrong mattress top . Second time the y brought right top but wrong box. ( warranty requires matching box or it is voided. third time they got it right but it was a royal pain.

    feels a little hot during the night.

    OK so I just bought it and have been sleeping on it for a week now. I am sleeping mostly throughout the night. No pack pain. I switched from a firm to an ultra plush mattress 5 years ago and it was heaven the first few weeks and than turned into a nightmare. I would wake up sore, and kept feeling like I am sinking in. I finally decided I deserved to wake up without back pain. This one is soft enough so I am not getting shoulder pain, when sleeping on the side, but firm enough to give me the support. I just hope that it will continue to feel that great. It does feels like it retains heat though, but I guess that's the memory foam. You do feel if your partner moves around, so it does not have individual coils. Overall for the price it's a great buy.
