Sealy  Franchesca TI2, Firm, Queen Mattress Only

I like a firm matress so we bought Franchesa Firm for the guest room but it was so overly firm that when I got it for the master bedroom a few months later, I was sure to order the pillowtop. Although the firm pillowtop is light years better than the plain firm, it is still the hardest mattress we've had in 40+ years. If you have any arthritis in hips, legs or shoulders, be sure to look at something less firm. Also the pillowtop mushes down when you sit on the side of the bed, making it feel like you are going to fall off. I also had deep sheets on my old mattress, but this new one is too thick to fit them so I'm buying all new sheets which is $$$$$.

We found this mattress in the store and the mattress delivered is MUCH more firm than the product on display in the store.

This is the most comfortable bed I ever bought I got the best night sleep that I have got in years. I love the size it sets up high.

We purchased the Franchesca TI2 mattress May 26, 2012 and we received it on June 10, 2012. The 1st thing I noticed is where the firm part of the bed mets the plush part of the bed, I could feel it in my ribs. My sholders and back hurt me so bad I could not sleep. My wife says it feels like she's sleeping on her head. However, we thought it would take sometime to get use to it, not knowing our 30 days to return it, went by the purchase date not actual time in your house. Needless to say we are stuck with the worst matress ever. I miss my 12 year old broken down $250 mattress. Joey Athens, Tennessee

I love my new mattress! I'm a fan of firm mattresses but this one still has a little comfy-ness to it. I love it! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a firm mattress with some comfort to it!

Am sorry to say the matttress purchased was not a good purchase. Like any customer, I tried mattress by laying on mattress. firmness was great. When mattress was delivered, found out edges are so weak the cause you roll off when sleeping. Went back to Sears and asked for exchange/refund. Fought with manager over 15% restocking fee. Manager finally agreed on not charging restocking fee. When bank statement arrived, noticed Sears charged restocking fee. Called store where purchased. Sears Westminster California. Just bought this to replace my old Denver Mattress that I have had for 10+ years *shudder* I had analyzed and read reviews on new mattresses until my eyes crossed, finding it difficult to compare quality between stores. I finally walked into Sears and tried several different models, settling for this one. The mattress has a firm feel to it without being hard and appears very well made. After experiencing back pain upon arising in the morning with my old mattress, I have had little to none with this one! Got a low profile boxed spring, as this mattress is fairly deep, so it sits about as high as my old one. Also got a great deal at Memorial Day sale and 18 mos. interest-free! My salesperson, Todd, was also very accommodating and helpful without pressuring me. Thanks, Sears, for a great overall experience and product!

I did a lot of research online on firm mattresses from different stores. These days, it is important to pay attention to the coil count and the difference between the kinds of coils available. This mattress has the better titanium coils, and a higher count than most others in the same price range. I went into Sears to look at the one I was leaning toward - the Sealy Posturepedic Franchesca Ti2 firm, which happened to be on the floor at the store. I tried all the beds they had on the floor, very high priced, and low, and purchased the Franchesca with the box spring. Price was very competitive, delivery was on time. Service was very friendly and professional all around. After 5 days, I am VERY happy with the bed. It is firm, yet comfortable. Best part is, with this mattress, the bed does not need to be flipped over every few months - just rotated, due to the light but strong titanium coils used, now being placed on only one side of the mattress.
