sent back the simmons for this very happy nice and soft but still fim enough so my back and hip don't kill me.

I desperately needed a new mattress, for mine was about 10 years old. I saw that SEARS was having a huge sale and offering 0% interest for 12 months. After trying several units, I decided on the Franchesca TI2 with soft pillowtop. As everyone has different preferences when choosing a mattress, mine is on the side of soft, plush, comfort. The Franchesca TI2 is EXTREMELY soft and plush- it contours to your body. Now, I get up fully regenerated from a restful night! I highly recommend it!!

The quality of this mattress is even worse than Sears customer service, if that's possible. 1. Sinks too deep when lying on back (3 inch hole), offering no support; 2. Doesn?t rise back up when you turn on your side, making sleeper unlevel; 3. Still has pits/holes with no weight (2-inch deep pit); and 4. Bulges without weight and has areas where the ribbing or treading is crooked.

We purchased this mattress in Sept of 2012 thinking it was too good to be true, and it was. My husband and I are normal sized people, if not smaller than average so it's not our weight on the mattress. We roll to the sides of the bed and almost have to cling to each other to not fall off. We can't sleep next to each other as we're naturally forced off to our sides. I am extremely unhappy with the quality of this mattress and hope that we can work something out with Sears on the warranty. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone. BTW, we love plush pillow tops, it is not a question of softness, but if the bed is so soft that it doesn't hold you up on the bed itself there is a problem.

I tried this mattress for a long time at the store and loved the way it contoured my body. I felt like i was laying on a cloud! The Sales person actually kept trying to convince me that it was tooooo soft and that I should get a firmer mattress for my back. I didn't listen and got this one instead. I chose it because i figured that it might be a bit less soft than at the store bc it needed to be broken into so why go with a firmer one that may be rock hard? Well, I tell you...even the first night was so horrible to bear. The two of us sank so far into the bed and into the middle like a "V" and trying to move was so difficult cause we kept sinking. No support whatsoever! Also our legs were in the air and the top of our body was deep into the bed I could practically feel the foundation! We are not heavy ppl either...The two of us TOGETHER make between 300-320 lbs! We are also not tall..I exchanged it immediately! NOT WORTH IT! GET FIRMER!

My husband and I purchased this bed after we moved into a new home and left our previous mattress behind in our summer home. We had purchased mattresses from Sears before and always been pleased until now. We cannot stay in this bed. We fall out in the night and can't sit on the side to get dressed. I hate it more each night. We finally put it in the spare bedroom because we had paid so much for it. We went and purchased another mattress for our bed room from a local dealer. Our daughter and Son in Law came to visit this week and they hated it as well. Both of them woke up with an aching back!

I like the sleepability of the product but the bed is fairly high for a senior citizen to get on top of it.

The Sears store provided ample opportunity to rest on a variety of mattresses. A screening process done by the sales person was helpful as it immediately narrowed our options and made the shopping time more profitable and focused. We were shopping for a new mattress because the one we were using was 13 years old and in need of replacement. My husband's arthritic shoulder was best accommodated by a pillowtop and he has not regretted the decision to get one. We both are sleeping much more comfortably, like the fact that movement of one person does not disturb the other, and the bed sleeps relatively cool. We both are very satisfied with this mattress and credit the knowledge of the sales person and the screening test as major helps in our decision. There was no pressure to purchase. Two subsequent matters do need to be mentioned. We were negligent in examining the 1st mattress delivered, assuming that because it was firmly sealed in plastic, it was in perfect condition. We later discovered that there had been a damaging penetration of some object into to the bottom of the mattress leaving a 3" cut in the fabric. Sears was quick to make replacement plans and pleasant in the process of doing so. We saw nothing done by the delivery team that could have contributed to this damage. The 2nd issue is that one needs to know in advance of a mattress replacement, if their current mattress pad, sheets and bed covering will fit the new unit. Our sheets and pad did not fit the increased depth of the new mattress. Take your current measurements with you as it may save you another trip.

Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I was use to firm mattresses over the years, but this provided better support, and it felt like lying on a cloud. I also appreciated the service, both in store and with delivery, and would continue to use Sears, which gives more bang for my buck.
