 CANCELLATION POLICY-Once an order is placed it in most circumstances cannot be cancelled. You may email us at support@jemjem.com and request a cancellation. If this is done within 24 hours of your order we may be able to cancel your order although it is not guaranteed. After 24 hours in most circumstances we will not be able to cancel your order. You will in this case have to receive your item and apply for an RMA if you wish to return your item.

RETURN POLICY DO NOT REFUSE PACKAGE ON DELIVERY. - You must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our customer service dept prior to returning your item. Failure to so will delay or negate your option to return the items. If you refuse a package and then apply for a refund you will be charged for the return shipping along with the original shipping and a 25% restocking fee. RETURNS-Our goal is that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product we will under most circumstances allow the products to be returned. If you are going to return a product you must first get an RMA # from our customer service department. The returned item must be returned to our warehouse within 21 days of receipt of the item. If the item is not received back in the alotted 21 days it will not be eligible for a refund. The customer will responsible to ship the product back to our warehouse and all products will incur a 25% restocking fee if customer desires monetary refund, All purchases returned for reasons other than defective or damaged in shipping will NOT be refunded original shipping costs. All brand new condition item should be returned in brand new SEALED condition or not returnable.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS If there is something wrong with the item, you can simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 10 days from the delivery date. Failure to act in the prescribed time period will negate customers option for refund or exchange. All defective items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. You must get an RMA # prior to returning. IMPORTANT Video Games, CD's, DVD's, computer software and sports/toy collectibles are non returnable for a refund if opened but, may be exchanged for an identical item if defective. For other items, including folding guest beds, air/inflatable beds, continuous air bouncers, water slides, pools, gas powered lawn equipment, power tools, scooters over $149.99, specialty occasion clothing, video camera/camcorders, handbags, jewelry and watches, if the original packaging has been opened or tags and/or labels have been removed the items will only be exchanged with an identical item or a substantially similar item of equal value at our descretion. In some circumstances and exchange or a refund will not be applicable. Returns and exchanges are not allowed on customized jewelry.Replacement products obtained in an exchange transaction will only be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION _ RMA-To return a product you must receive a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA). You must apply for a RMA by emailing us at support@jemjem.com. Please include in your email the name on the order the order # and the reason for return. Once we receive your RMA request we will review your request and respond with either an RMA # or we may request further clarification. Typographical ErrorsIn the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, We will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount that was charged.

REFUNDS If we are providing a refund for any reason it will typically take Sears 48-72 hours to credit your card back.
