Zerbees Friendly Return Policy

When you zerbee, you can return your order anytime for a full refund within 30 days*. We have the kind of customer service we would expect ourselves. Because your satisfaction is important to us we work hard to make sure youre happy. DO NOT SHIP TO OUR SALES ADDRESS. RMA IS REQUIRED. WHEN RMA IS SENT TO YOU WE WILL SEND OUR WAREHOUSE LOCATION TO YOU AS WELL. RETURNS SENT TO OUR SALES LOCATION WILL RESULT IN 30% RESTOCKING FEE. THE SAME IS TRUE IF A PACKAGE IS REFUSED WHEN UPS/FEDEX DELIVERS.

Email at returns@Zerbee.com or buzz the hive at 855-493-7233 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will need your order number, items to be returned and how many, and the reason for your return request on your email or during your call. Once weve provided your RMA number and a return address (please dont ship back to our customer service office, we will provide an address for you), carefully repackage the items to be returned. Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (never on the product packaging itself).

Send the items to the return shipping address weve provided using a carrier who offers proof of delivery (like UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail). In about three weeks after the receipt of your return, you should see your credit appear on your credit card statement.

Dont forget A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Returns without an RMA may be returned to you at your cost. Please follow the below procedures to make the return of your order easy, breezy.

Return it to the hive. All returns should be shipped to the warehouse on your packing slip or the address we send you when we issue your RMA. Returns should be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

I Ordered the Wrong Item or Changed my MindWhat Should I Do? Oops! You ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind; just give us a buzz within 30 days and well be happy to help you return it. On some products shipped direct from manufacturers, a restocking fee may apply. Also note that you are responsible for return shipping charges or freight charges, whichever apply.

Remember, all returns must be 100% intact, with all original packaging, manuals, registration cards, etc so we can easily put our Zerbee items back on the shelves. The Product I Ordered Arrived Defective or DamagedWhat Should I Do?

Zerbee is so sorry if you received a damaged or defective product. We ship all of our products from our distribution centers in new condition as if you were picking it off the store shelf yourself. So dont worry, we will take care of this for you. If you received such an item please contact the hive at 855-493-7233 or email us at returns@Zerbee.com. We will arrange for an RMA and return shipping. Please contact us within three days of receipt for fast and easy return. Non-Returnable items

Unfortunately, not all items are covered by our return policy. We are unable to accept returns on the following products: HON furniture, opened software, any toner or ink cartridge, electronics, business machines, food, beverages, cleaning supplies, paper, pharmaceuticals, vacuum cleaners, assembled or installed furniture, special order items, custom or made to order products. Also, any dated products such as calendars, appointment books, business journals, diaries, desk calendars, desk pad calendars, wall planners or planners are not returnable and sales are final. Furniture manufacturers typical require more time for delivery. HON, for instance can take up to a month for delivery since each product is made at the time of order. If you have a concern about this please contact us BEFORE ORDERING. HON orders cannot be canceled. If refused you will not receive a refund. No returns can be accepted 30 days following the issuance of an RMA.

*Restocking Fees Unfortunately there are some products where well need to pass along a restocking fee that is imposed by manufacturers. These only apply to those products that come direct from manufacturers. The restocking fee is generally 15% (but every mfg can differ) and are usually for larger products such as these manufacturers:

Tennsco (Many of their products require assembly) Important Note about Freight Items: Never refuse an item delivered by freight unless it's damaged. Using denial of delivery as a method of returning the product will incur whatever our return freight charges are. Freight items can cost $75 or more to return when refused. ALL returns REQUIRE an RMA.
