Returns must be authorized by ApparelBarn and a Return Authorization # must be requested WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE or your return will not be credited.
All un-deliverable packages will be charged the initial shipping fee plus any return shipping fee regardless of reason. (With the exception of errors on our part.) Claims and notification to us, must be made within 7 days from receipt of purchase . Returns must be received by us at the address provided to you on the return authorization notification no later than 7 days after we provide you a return authorization # . No Credits will be issued if returns are received after 28 days from the date of your purchase. No return will be processed if returned to our billing address found on your shipping label. You must return to the address given you on the return authorization notification which is not the same address as on the shipping label on your package when you received it. ALSO IT IS YOUR VERIFICATION THAT YOU SHIPPED THE ITEM AND WILL SPEED UP PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN..
