Return Policy

For any other reason, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. Hearing aid returns for credit are accepted within 60 days of purchase only. (We do not refund shipping charges outside the Continental U.S.)

If you want a 100% refund, please return all Battery Packages, open or unopened. We STRONGLY recommend that you do one of the following: 1. Insure your return, 2. Get a tracking number on your returns or 3. Have Signature Confirmation to verify delivery to us, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Products must be in the condition you received them and in a box and/or bubble wrap packaging. Damaged hearing aids will not be accepted as returns. FYI: Returning your package USPS Priority Mail with a Small Flat Rate Box plus Signature Confirmation is $6.90.

Please write a note with your contact information and why you returning them...example: repair, exchange, refund, etc. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.


Founded in March 2010, Century Hearing Aids sells top quality affordable hearing aids to people with hearing loss. We entered this market because people with hearing loss deserve something better than the status quo. This is a huge market, 30-36 million people with hearing loss, with a huge problem: audiologists charging thousands and thousands of dollars for hearing aids--some companies charging $6000--$8000 a pair. We did not see how people could afford to spend thousands of dollars on hearing aids, especially when they are in their retirement years, so we are building a business that provides tremendous savings to budget-conscious customers.

So here is our goal: We are trying to build a company wed like to do business with ourselves. Our goal is to create outstanding customer experiences, and be a company thats personable, respectful, transparent, honest and helpful. Here are some specific goals with customers service... Deliver your hearing aids within 5-7 business days--FREE via United States Postal Service in the USA If you return your hearing aids, to issue 100% refund within 7 to 10 business days of receipt
To provide the best customer service possible--if we screwed up--we will do everything in our power to make it right Finally, Century Hearing Aids is a family owned and operated American small business. When you get us on the phone or talk to us on email or chat, you are talking to the owners. That also means if we do not answer the phone, we may be away from the office or on the phone so please leave a message, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
