Our goal is to guarantee your satisfaction, or your money back.

If youre not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging and original receipt/email confirmation within 20 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Replacement products obtained in an exchange transaction will only be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.
All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
