      Here at Tidy Vacuum, your complete satisfaction with your order from us is not only our goal, it's also our company policy. We offer an extremely customer friendly return policy, which includes a 30 day full money back guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied with the performance, condition, or quality of the vacuum cleaner, steam cleaner, or air purifier which you purchase from us, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full money back refund.*

      To make the return process as easy as possible for orders that have an order total (before taxes or shipping) of less then $50, there is no need to have an RMA number, please just make sure the order is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE DATE, and that the bags, filters, or belts are not opened, or used, and we'll issue you a refund. For orders with a total order value greater then $50, please contact us during normal business hours to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, with instructions on how to ship it back to us. PLEASE NOTE: Any return valued over $50 that is sent back without prior approval, or without a valid RMA number will be refused, and returned to the sender, or will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.

      Unfortunately Due to the increasing fuel prices, and shipping charges we pay to USPS, FedEx and UPS, we can not refund shipping and handling on any order returned, and orders for vacuum cleaners, hand vacuums, stick vacuums, robotic vacuums, or other Finished Goods, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of shipping from the refund. If the order is returned to us with a reason of "Refused, Return To Sender, or No Such Address" we will simply deduct the shipping cost we paid, and notify you via email that the order was returned to us, so you may place a new order. If the address was modified by our staff, which resulted in having the package returned, we of course will never deduct shipping charges, and will contact you immediately to find out a valid address.

      Unfortunately due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns for vacuum cleaner bags, filters, and air purifier filters which have been opened. We do however realize that sometimes mistakes can happen, and the wrong part may be ordered. If you receive your order of vacuum bags, filters, or air purifier filters, and notice that you ordered the incorrect size, or filter, we will allow you to exchange the filter or bag with no fee within 30 days, as long as the bags or filters have not been opened or used. If the bags or filter have been used or opened we can not accept a return. Your complete satisfaction with your order from us is not only our goal, it's also our company policy. Without you, our customers, we would not be in business, period. As our company's most important asset, we will do whatever it takes to ensure your order experience with Tidy Vacuum is one which you are fully satisfied with, even when that means loosing money on an order. We'd much rather loose money on a customer's order, then loose that customer forever.

      ((We do reserve the right to deduct up to a 35% restocking fee on vacuum cleaner returns which are returned damaged, missing components such as attachments, manuals, or is returned to us in any other packaging other then the original manufacturers packaging, including all packing materials such as the original box, bags, plastic coverings, etc. Commercial Vacuums, such as backpack vacuums, buffers, burnishers, MAY NOT be returned. We deal with each vacuum return on a case by case basis. Any vacuum returned without a pre-approved RMA number will be refused, and returned to the sender or will be subjected to a 35% restocking fee, in addition to the cost of the shipment being deducted from the refund.
