Return for Refund/ Replacement- 30 Day Policy:

*For Aus Vio silk orders, please see the return policy provided at the end of this message. Please contact Customer Support at 1-888-666-6769 to be issued an RMA # (Return Authorization Number) within 30 Days of the invoice date for this policy to apply for refund or replacement.

We will not issue refunds/ replacements for items that have been misused, abused, modified, tampered or unauthorized repairs. Approved refunds will be issued after the product has been returned, inspected and approved. Please allow 5-7 business days for full inspection and processing. The refund amount will be for the purchase price NOT to include shipping and handling expenses. Buyer will be responsible for shipping expenses incurred for returns whether for refund or replacement unless the return reason is due to internal processing errors or if the product is identified as defective.

* Aus Vio- Silk and Bedding 30 Day Return Policy*: Returns must be received within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund of your purchase price (NOT to include shipping and handling expenses).We must receive your returned purchase in its *ORIGINAL SEALED PACKAGING and re-sell condition. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are opened, used, laundered, or soiled. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: Sheets, Duvets, Comforters, Pillow Cases, Pillows or Robes for refund or credit. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the refund is due to internal processing errors or if the product is identified as defective. If the return is not accepted due to the terms stated, you will be responsible for shipping costs back to you.
