RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE POLICY:

At Click4DailyDeals our goal is to make every reasonable effort to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. That said, most items purchased from our store may be returned for a refund or exchange IF....

1. You FIRST request (in writing) a RETURN AUTHORIZATION directly from Click4DailyDeals (not Sears). You may do this by emailing us at rma_request@click4dailydeals.com. Simply put, this is an email stating your order number, a description of the item you purchased, and the reason you wish to return the item. Items returned WITHOUT said prior authorization violate this return policy and are not eligible for refund and will be returned to the customer via common carrier at the customer's expense; 2. You are making the above request within 7 DAYS OF THE DATE YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED to the delivery address provided in the original order, as evidenced by tracking number;

3. The item being returned MUST BE unopened, sealed in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when shipped. You pay the return shipping; 4. The item ordered was not manufacturer refurbished and/or reconditioned. Such items are considered "special order items", are clearly marked in the sale listing, and may not be protected by warranty. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange;

5. In addition to refurbished items, the following products are also not eligible for return, refund, or exchange: - Food products - Clothing
- Jewelry (including watches) - Any product that has been custom configured
- TVs, combos and monitors 37" and larger once any of the packaging has been opened. - Computers, Software and Hardware once any of the manufacturer's packaging has been opened.
- All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) - Any computers built or modified to customer's specifications.
- Special Order merchandise. - Underwater equipment that has been submerged

Manuals and software might not be included, however those are usually available for download from the manufacturer's web site. These items can be in the original manufacturers box or they may be repackaged for protection during shipping.

REFURBISHED: These products work great as they have been restored and tested to meet manufacturer quality standards. These products have been greatly discounted as they may show limited signs of use and may be missing some accessories that are not needed for the functionality of the product. Manuals and software might not be included, however those are usually available for download from the manufacturer's web site. These items are usually repackaged for protection during shipping.
