Return Policy

To receive a refund/credit for your purchase, please contact Pricefalls for an RMA. You have 30 days from receipt of your item to initiate your return. If the package is refused or returned without a Pricefalls issued RMA a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied. Shipping costs are only refundable if your item arrives damaged or defective.

All returns must be in their original packaging. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. If the items is damaged in transit or DOA an exchange will be made or refund issued.
