On all items the return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight if the order has already been shipped/produced. Please contact us and we will assess your situation. A 20% re-stocking fee is also deducted from your refund. On all consumer electronics that are opened and returned will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee will also be deducted from your refund. On Free Shipping items the shipping charges are included in the price but you will still be charged for round trip shipping costs incurred. Please be careful when ordering and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right pieces for your situation. Always measure the space you are placing the pieces you are ordering. Sorry we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. No returns available on any USED ITEMS or REFURBISHED ITEMS. Any returns must be in their original packaging. Items will not be authorized for return after 7 days from the delivery date. Your credit card will be refunded once the manufacturer receives the returned item. Returns require a Return Authorization number (RMA) which you can obtain through e-mail at JEM@csmpsears888.zendesk.com. This is the only source of Return Authorization. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition as returns are always subject to inspection.
All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (without any writing) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item and/or the packaging.We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, taped-on contents or cartons. We reserves the right to refuse any such returns. Defective goods must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Items that have a Manufacturer Warranty will be referred to the manufacturer's authorized repair center for full inspection and repair. Items with no stated Manufacturer's Warranty will be dealt with direct by us. All claims will be emailed to JEM@csmpsears888.zendesk.com in order for us to deal with them and correct any problems. Please understand the manufacturer's warranty is meant to protect you and your investment in your purchase. Pack the products into a corrugated shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write your RMA number issued by JEM@csmpsears888.zendesk.com clearly on the shipping label as instructed, not on the product or it's packaging. Any merchandise returned to us without prior authorization will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us. We suggests that you use Fedex Ground or UPS Ground Service (Insured). Sorry, we cannot accept COD or Freight Collect shipments. No Goods will be accepted for exchange or return with prior authorization.
