Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened, merchandise in "new and unused" condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping fees. To make a return, please call our Customer Service department at 1-800-222-9243 within 30 days of receiving your shipment. All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned.

All returns must be received within 30 days of issuance of your authorization. Items must be in sellable condition, free from any damage, and returned in its original packaging. Tagged items must remain attached and inserts that accompany the item need to remain with the product for return acceptance. All documentation, parts and accessories need to be included with the returned merchandise to receive a full refund. Products received without an authorization will be refused. Certain items such as bedding and bedding accessories are special order items and competitively priced, therefore, merchandise returns are subject to a 30%-50% restocking fee. For health and hygiene reasons, BabyAge is unable to accept any opened or unopened returns on any of the following kinds of items:

All refunds are issued upon receipt of your unopened return. Shipping costs are not refundable, and any return shipping costs are your responsibility. Our flat shipping rate per item does not represent the actual shipping. Actual shipping may be considerably higher.
