      Return Policy

      In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact for a RMA Number. All items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. We do impose a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns after 15 days. Packages refused or returned without an RMA will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Any products returned without the original packaging is also subject to a 50% re-stocking fee. All shipping charges are nonrefundable and the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
      We apologize if you received an item that is not working but all WARRANTY issues must be referred back to the ORIGINAL Manufacturer for support. It is your responsibility to read and fill out any warranty paperwork that comes with your product. We will do our very best to make sure the issue is resolved through the OEM (original equipment manufacturer). NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS;
      If the item needs to be returned and is not damaged or defective and still in the original sealed box please contact us for RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs. If the non-defective product is not in the original packaging when returned the product will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. REFUNDS:
      Once product is returned, inspected and complies with Minnesota Direct Return Policy, a refund will be processed within 24 hours through the System. Refunds come from and not from us. It may take Sears up to 5 days to refund. CANCELLATIONS:
      Our automated system processes your order almost immediately after you click the "Process Order" button in Checkout, it is not possible to cancel your order before it is fulfilled. However, when you receive the shipment, it will contain specific instructions on how to return it for a refund. Orders with a status of "Processing" cannot be canceled (Check Your Order Status). When the status changes from Processing to Shipped, it means that your order has left our facility MISC:
      Minnesota Direct uses multiple data feeds to update our inventory on daily basis and we do our very best to manage accuracy of this information. We are not responsible for any SKUs that have been assigned to other products, manufactures, descriptions or UPC codes.
