Return Policy

We are here to satisfy Sears Customer's 100% before the Purchase and after the Purchase as well. That's what really a concern for a consumer who purchase stuff online .
Returns: For Returns: Please email us orders@valuedealstore.com . No returns would accepted without Email communication.


1.If the customer wants to return any product then the customer must first email ValueDealStore via Sears to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) form. Without approved RMA, customer will not be entitled to return the product(s) and/or to claim a replacement or refund. 2.Under US Government regulations, food items are not returnable.

Return policy and procedure varies for different category of products so please be sure to check the policy of the applicable category that you like to refund. We recommend that you contact us by email Orders@valuedealstore.com with your return policy questions so we can better assist you.

Return Policy (for Clothing): Unless you are returning goods due to an error on Value Deal Store end or are doing a replacement order, you would be charged a 20% restocking fee based on the value of the returned goods (ex. - if you return $200 worth of goods, you would be charged $30 for restocking).

The address that you would return the items to would be the same address from which the goods originally shipped, so it depends on the original order. To request an RA from us, you would provide our order number, a list of items that you need to return, and the reason for the return.

1. If we shipped incorrect product, complete return and exchange is on us (including shipping). We will pay the return shipping (or provide PRE-PAID label) if the cause of return is a result of our error. 2. Please Note: No Returns would be accepted without Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA).
3. Altered or washed items cannot be returned. 4. Shipping charges are not refunded.
5. Please contact us at orders@valuedealstore.com requesting a RMA for the full or partial order. Make sure to include your invoice number. In the next 24hours, we will email you the RMA number and return instructions. Write that number on the box and ship it through any service like FedEx, USPS or UPS. Once the package is received by our warehouse, we will credit the amount through Sears after the Inspection of the Returned Package (which can take 5 to 10 business days). 6. You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ValueDealStore within 10 days of delivery for a full merchandize refund (Excluding Shipping Charges).
7. Items should be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. Exchange Policy (for Clothing):
1. We do not charge restocking fee on returned products. 2. If a customer wants to exchange a product, the customer will need to return the unwanted product to our warehouse. Upon acceptance of return by our warehouse (as per the return policy for clothing outlined above), the customer will get the credit of the unwanted product returned excluding the shipping within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Then the customer can place a new order for the desired product and will need to pay for the shipping of the new order. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For Perfume's :

Please email us before returning . Perfume Orders can be returned up to 14 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. Returns Should be sent to :
