      Return Policy

      CVT LLC is confident that you'll be satisfied with your purchase. We are committed to providing the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible prices.

      We do not sell used merchandise. We make every effort to present information that is accurate. However, it is based on data/specs provided by the manufacturer and/or other sources and therefore the exact configuration, specifications & accessories should be used as a guide only and are not a guarantee of what you will receive.. We are not liable for any inaccuracies, manufacturer engineering/design changes, claims or losses of any nature.

      We understand that there are going to be times when there will be a need to return an item and we want to make the process as simple as possible. We have outlined below our standard return policy, but if you have any questions or concerns about these policies, please contact our customer service department by email. Standard Return Policy

      All return requests must be received in writing by CVT LLC within three (3) days from the date of receipt as posted on-line. Requests for returns after three (3) days will not be approved or credited. An industry standard twenty five (25) percent return fee will be applied on all orders being returned for any other reason other than damaged merchandise or other than described parcels. Shipping charges are non refundable. Return shipping fees for non deliverable merchandise will also be deducted from your purchase price. Loss or damaged return merchandise is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

      You may return product provided it is unused & unopened. You will note that a twenty five (25) percent return fee will apply. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to an additional restocking fee.

      All returns must be approved prior to being sent to us. A copy of the original purchase order and a reason for the return must accompany all merchandise. Credits and Replacements will be processed within 10 days from the time the return is received at our facility.

      Abandoned Shipments - CVT is not responsible for merchandise that has been abandoned by the buyer. Buyers failure to respond within three weeks (3) of a US Postal or UPS delivery notice i.e Signature or Pick Up Request, will absolve CVT of any future financial claim filed by the buyer. Shortages/ Damaged /Incorrect/Defective Items

      We require our customers thoroughly inspect their orders within three (3) days of receipt to ensure that it is correct and that it has arrived in satisfactory condition. Claims received beyond three days will not be accepted. Damaged or defective items can be returned for replacement or refund at our sole discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Non- Defective Returns

      Return shipping costs for Non-Defective Returns are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to apply a twenty five (25) percent return fee on all orders being returned for any other reason other than defective or damaged merchandise. Original shipping charges will not be credited if an item is refused for any other reason other than being damaged upon arrival. A 25% return fee will be applied and shipping charges will not be refunded.

      Return Shipping Instructions The item must be in original or secure packaging to ensure safe arrival at our facility within ten (10) days of receiving return authorization. CVT LLC is not responsible for any products lost/damaged during return transit.

      Additional Notes After three (3) days of receipt, all warranties claims must be sent directly to the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover abuse, wear, lost or stolen units. The lawful use of these devices is a condition of sale. Any improper use voids the warranty.

      Shipping charges may apply. CT POWER TOOLS makes no additional warranty implied or assumed, other than those of the original manufacturer unless otherwise noted. INSURANCE CLAIMS

      Buyer agrees to cooperate with the processing of all insurance claims for lost, rifled and damaged merchandise. When requested by CVT LLC, the buyer agrees to immediately submit a signed statement as required in support of the CVT LLC postal, UPS or FedX insurance claim. Buyers who fail to comply and provide assistance as required by CVT LLC will not be eligible for a purchase refund. Still Have Questions?
