HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

ALL Wayfair.com items sold on the Sears Marketplace are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the full price of the item minus our shipping costs. If the purchase was sent with free shipping the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. There are a few exceptions to this policy:
- Luggage and Bags are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. - We do not accept returns of assembled or modified items.
- Mattresses are exchangeable once within 100 days of delivery and a $99 exchange fee will apply. Please contact us if you have specific questions about your product.
